Did you know our organizers are Foxborough High School Seniors?

The initial Foxborough Street Painting Festival coincided with the initiation of the Senior Project program at FHS. This incredible opportunity, run through the FHS School to Career Program, presented an opportunity for our students to work on a community art event while gaining “real‐world” experience on a project outside the traditional classroom. By setting up and organizing the Foxborough Street Painting Festival students demonstrate accumulated skills in critical thinking, research techniques, time management, problem‐solving, human interaction, organization, writing, and verbal communication. If you received an email from us, got an application in the mail, followed us on social media, saw one of our posters, purchased a t-shirt, purchased a square, got a box of pastels, participated in the judging, or received an award, then you have witnessed the hard work of the Senior Project students.

Students leading the way

We are very grateful to Ellen Pillsbury and the FHS Guidance Department for all their hard work behind the Senior Project at FHS.
We also would like to thank all our FHS National Art Honor Society and National Honor Society volunteers who help us out with registration and help to make the day's event run smoothly. Also a big thank you to all our FPS Art Teachers who come out each year to
volunteer with us and continue to cheer us on with their support.
